Deyo Dash: Your site, watched every day. Reported once a month.
Deyo Dash is the site-management platform we built for our own clients. It is included with every site we launch. You don't log in to anything. You get an email when it matters, and a report on the first of the month.
Dashboard mockup. Owner portal coming; today this view is ours, and you receive the report.
What it checks, and how often
The things that quietly break on small-business sites.
Every 5 minutes
Is it up?
We load your homepage from Dallas and time it. If it fails twice in a row, we get a text.
Daily
SSL and domain
Is the padlock valid? Is the domain paid up? An expired domain takes a business offline for days. We see it weeks ahead.
Weekly
Does the contact form work?
We submit a test through your real form and confirm the email lands. We know your form works before your customer does.
Weekly
Broken links and missing pages
Every link on every page, followed. Anything that leads nowhere gets fixed.
Monthly
Performance audit
A full speed and search-readiness audit on desktop and phone. If a score drops, we fix what dropped it. Not a suggestion list. A fix.
Before launch
27-point launch review
Phone numbers dial. Forms deliver. Every page has a title. Maps open. Old URLs redirect. Nothing goes live until all 27 pass.
What you receive
One email a month. Plain English.
On the first of the month you get a short report: was the site up, how fast was it, did the form deliver, what we fixed, and anything you should know. It reads in two minutes.
No charts to interpret. No dashboard to log into. If a number needs explaining, we explain it in the sentence next to it.
When something breaks
We are alerted first, usually within minutes. We start fixing before we call you. If it's something on our side, you hear from us once it's resolved, with what happened and what we changed. If it's something on yours, like an unpaid domain, we call.
You should never learn your site is down from a customer.
Maria,
Your site was up all month. 31 days, no outages.

4 of 4
What we fixed. Two gallery photos were larger than they needed to be and slowed the Quartz page on phones. We resized them. That page now loads in under a second.
Something to know. Your domain renews on March 3. Auto-renew is on and the card on file is current. Nothing to do.
Your form. We submitted four test quotes this month. All four arrived in your inbox within a minute.
